We want this event to reach and be available to as many people as possible, so please read and follow the registration rules below.

 

1) Registration for the event is free of charge thanks to some generous donations!

2) Registration is limited to the first 400 people who register.

3) Please do not register any more attendees than what you actually plan to attend!

4) Registrants who “no-show” will be invoiced a $100 late cancel fee.

5) Cancellations will be accepted up until October 13th at 5 pm. Any cancellations after that time will be invoiced for a $100 cancellation fee. Please email ndgalliance@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

6) Manufacturers and distributors do not need to register their employees who will be working the event

7) Any travel costs (food, lodging, gas, etc.) are NOT eligible uses of trust fund dollars. However, they can be considered as an allowable gaming expense. This has been confirmed with the AG Gaming Division.
