Scott Meske has spent more than 35 years as a nonprofit executive, lobbyist, media relations professional and communications expert. With an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Scott served 15 years as an officer in the National Guard, the last eight as a photojournalist and media relations officer. He holds credentials as a Certified Association Executive (CAE), and from the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organizational Management. Settling in North Dakota in 2014, he led both the Williston and Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce before becoming a full-time lobbyist/association consultant. Scott also is a Master Whiskey Taster for Whiskey University and teaches history and tasting at public and private events.
